Breckenridge

THE CRANIUM GROUP, LLC

Breckenridge has a population of approximately 5,000 year round, with a population approaching 40,000 during the peak winter season.   Breckenridge sits in Summit County but also borders Park County, and has allowed for a development corridor along Colorado Highway 9 stretching from Interstate 70 and Frisco to Fairplay.  The town has historic mining roots and now revolves primarily around the ski resort and associated real estate development.  Breckenridge has many part time residents and area vacation homes, and is a weekend destination for urban Denverites.

The demographics of Breckenridge are a good match for the Cranium Group.  Median household income in Breckenridge well exceeds national standards and real estate activity is prolific.

Although the citizens of Breckenridge have regular legal needs in the Cranium Group’s targeted practice areas, they have even fewer legal services options than residents in other ski resort towns.  While the Group does not office in Breckenridge, Benjamin Kahn owns a cabin nearby in Alma and spends a significant part of the year in Park County and the Breckenridge area.
