​Benjamin Kahn has focused his practice on the representation of owners and developers of real estate and local governmental bodies.  He has counseled many of these clients on complete deal cycles, including capital needs, transaction structure, partner/investor issues, governmental overlays, land use planning, development infrastructure, water and other natural resource needs, vendor contracts, tenants and leasing, deal disputes, third party litigation and lending issues.  He also has represented contractors, tenants, lenders, special districts and governmental entities with respect to real property issues.  These matters have encompassed billions of dollars in real property developments.
